I have the same problem that appears here but this fix it tool didn't help at all, it only helped me to remove office but i still have the office in my laptop and can't remove it having exactly the same message " languange package not support your system ".

The install hung up. I waited for the hard drive to stop and then cliked on "cancel installation" It uninstalled and asked me to reboot.
After the reboot I found that the Office programs were listed in Program manager but they didn't work. I tried uninstalling from the control panel and it says "The language of this installation is not supported by your system. My language settings are for english US. Was this reply helpful?
